How many days in advance do I need to make my reservation?
It is best if you reserve as soon as you have your flight information. We can take reservations 6 month in advance.
Do I need a credit card to hold my reservation?
We do require full payment at the time of booking.
Does Orlando Sun Transportation vehicles have car seats? Can I bring my own?
Because car seat specifications vary based on the age and size of the child and we cannot guarantee our car seat meets your requirements, we encourage you to bring your personal car seat.
Do I need to call to confirm my reservation before my departure?
No we do not require it, but you may call and confirm if you wish. Please do call us immediately if you reserved online and did not receive your booking confirmation email or if you wish to make any changes to your original reservation.
Are there any fees if I decide to cancel my reservation?
CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL AIRPORT OR TRANSFER SERVICE: Service must be canceled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable.
Orlando Sun Transportation is not responsible for passenger flights which are missed, canceled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy.
No Shows
Reservation is considered "No Show" when no one from the client's side have contacted Orlando Sun Transportation office in order to change or cancel a scheduled service, or have made a contact with the Chauffeur at the arranged pickup location for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Orlando Sun Transportation reserves the rights to charge the Client the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service, including all applicable fees, taxes, charges.
If the Passenger can't find the Vehicle or the Chauffeur at the scheduled pick-up location (meeting point), the Passenger should NOT be leaving before calling Orlando Sun Transportation office. The Dispatcher would assist in directing Passenger and Chauffeur toward each other. Passenger leaving the pick-up location without calling and notifying Orlando Sun Transportation will result in a No Show Charge in full.
What should I do if I miss my flight or connecting flight?
Please call us and let us know the new flight you will be getting on. We advise that your driver will be tracking your original flight, so please contact us as soon as possible with the new information. All pick ups are not guaranteed.
Will the driver be there if my flight is late?
A flight tracking system is used to monitor your flight status; therefore we will
know exactly when you will arrive. Transportation is not guaranteed if your flight is delayed. Please remember to inform us of any changes in your flight arrangements since we will be tracking the original flight you have provided us. If you have a connecting flight, please provide us with that number. If for any reason you do not find your driver, please call us at 407-508-1927. We will locate your driver and send him over to you.

How can I pay for your services?

Does your company offer shuttle service?
We do not. But keep in mind, shuttles can take you up to 2 hours to reach your destination and they will not provide you with any other services other than driving you there.
Are tips included in your price?
No, most of our rates do not include gratuity to the drivers and we do not automatically add the gratuity to most bills, however our drivers wages are based on gratuities. Suggested driver gratuity is at least 20% of the total fare. You may certainly add additional gratuity for exceptional customer service.
. Do I need to call to confirm my return trip while in Orlando?
No, it will not be necessary. As soon as you reach your destination your driver will confirm
all the information for your return trip. If there are any discrepancies, or changes to be made, in your return information please call us as soon as possible and we will correct them for you.
How long before my flight departure should I be picked-up?
Your pick-up time will be scheduled 3 hours prior to your departure flight. Your driver
will confirm this information as soon as you reach your destination; please make sure the return pick-up time matches the one on your
confirmation. If you wish to be picked-up at a different time please call us as soon as possible and it will be changed if new time is available.

Wait Time / Stops
- Grace Waiting Period: Unless otherwise specified or agreed, a "Grace Waiting Period" is a ten (10) minutes free-of-charge courtesy waiting time beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
- Airport Pickups – Commercial Flights: Orlando Sun Transportation will monitor all commercial flights. For domestic flights, the Grace Waiting Period is 30 min. from actual flight arrival. For international flights, the Grace Waiting Period is 60 min. from actual flight arrival. After that time driver will be released.
- Airport Pickups – Private Flights: Orlando Sun Transportation does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
- Train Station Pickups: Orlando Sun Transportation does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than ten (10) minutes.
- Wait Time Charge: Unless otherwise specified or agreed, once the Grace Waiting Period has elapsed, the "Wait Time" Charge shell be applied at the following "Wait Time" rates:
-$10.00 per ten (10) minutes increment per Vehicle - Stops "En Route" [ENR]: All stops during a point-to-point transfer "along the way" will be charged according to the posted here "Wait Time" rates, as one increment per Stop per Vehicle . An additional "Wait Time" charges may also be applied if waiting time during the stop is grater then ten (10) minutes.
- Stops "Out of Route" [OOR]: No stops out of route.
